Prototyping Aplications on SAP
En entradas anteriores, postie sobre la herramienta CASE Axure, util para el diseño y prototipo de nuevos desarrollos e incluso dejé el link de descarga a un Widget especial para este programa.
Hoy les mostraré otra herramienta CASE llamada Justinmind Prototyper que vale bastante la pena, es una herramienta con un excelente nivel de madurez y es muy facil de aprender a usar. Tiene widgets para desarrollo de aplicaciones en SAP (que se agradece bastante) así como también para Android, Iphone, windows, iOS, entre otras. También cuentan con una versión gratuita aunque lamentablemente no se puede usar para SAP ya que no tiene la opción de cargar nuevos Widgets. Pero podras probarla en su versión full por 30 días.
In previous posts, talked about the CASE tool Axure, useful for designing and prototyping for new developments and even left the download link to a special Widget for this program.
Today I show you another CASE tool called Prototyper Justinmind pretty worth it, is a tool with an excellent level of maturity and is very easy to learn and use. It has widgets for SAP application development (that is appreciated quite) as well as Android, Iphone, Windows, iOS, among others. They also have a free version but unfortunately can not be used for SAP as it has the option to upload new widgets. But you can test it in the full version for 30 days.
Entre las bondades que me llamarón la atención fue la capacidad de hacer prototipos que correran directamente en los dispositivos moviles con interactividad.
También la capacidad de llevar a nuestros prototipos con interacciones gestuales. (Esto no lo probé pero si vi videos donde tenian interacción gestual los prototipos)
Among the benefits that struck me was the ability to make prototypes that will run directly on mobile devices with interactivity.
I like the ability to take our prototypes with gestural interactions. (This did not try but if I saw videos where prototypes had gestural interaction)
También cuenta con capacidad de trabajo en equipo sobre el mismo proyecto de prototipo y un editor de condiciones de navegación bastante simple e intuitiva. Me parece muy interesante como dibuja el diagrama Site Map con la relación de secuencia entre las pantallas, (algo que extraño aunque no lo crean de FrontPage).
It also has ability to work on the same project team prototype and navigation conditions editor quite simple and intuitive. I find it interesting and draws the Site Map diagram with the sequence relationship between screens (which believe it or not strange FrontPage).
Y por supuesto la bondad de interactividad con Photoshop que ahorra bastante trabajo arrastrando objetos directamente desde Photoshop.
Me gustó mucho la pestaña de Comentarios en la cual todo el equipo involucrado puede ir registrando las observaciones al respecto de forma controlada y organizada, incluso se me ocurre que podría servir de gran apoyo al control de cambios de requerimientos en estas fases tempranas del diseño.
And of course the goodness of interactivity with Photoshop which saves a lot of work dragging objects directly from Photoshop.
I liked the Comments tab in which the whole team can get involved by recording observations in a controlled and organized, even occurs to me to be of great support change control requirements in these early stages of design.
Debo admitir que si me hizo falta un área donde esbozar un diagrama completo, que contará por lo menos con objetos básicos de Diagramas deFlujo, ya que en estas fases es importantisimo tener donde explicar bién a los involucrados el proceso completo y sus relaciones a nivel funcional sin hablar de la GUI.
En cuanto al precio es más costoso que Axure comparando una licencia de uso personal, aunque Justinmind también tiene planes de suscripción que lo hacen más accesible.
Prueben ambos y hagan sus propias conclusiones. Ya no tenemos excusas para no modelar bien nuestros desarrollos.
I must admit that if I needed an area where outline a complete diagram, which will at least basic objects Flowchart, since in these phases is also important to take where those involved explain the whole process and their links at functional without talking about the GUI.
As for the price is more expensive than Axure comparing a license for personal use, but also Justinmind subscription plans that make it more accessible.
Try both and make your own conclusions. We no longer have excuses for not model well our developments.
